Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

The City Clerk's Office serves as Freedom of Information Act Coordinator for the City of Holland. A FOIA Request must be a written request. A FOIA Request form (PDF) is available. Submit the request to the Clerk's office in any of these ways:

  • Hand-deliver to the Clerk's office
  • Mail to:

  • Email as an attachment to HCCityFOIA@cityofholland.com. Include "FOIA Request" in the subject line.
  • Send as a fax to 616-355-1471

Processing Time

Reminder: FOIA requests may take up to five business days to process, and an extension of ten (10) additional business days may be needed, depending on information requested.
