The Flour

The flour is ground from a soft white winter wheat proudly grown by West Michigan farmers.

Uses

It is good for making:

  • Cookies
  • Muffins
  • Pancakes
  • Pizza Crust
  • Quick Bread like Banana Bread and Zucchini Bread
  • Waffles

It is also good for making flatbreads and chapati. Two recipes are included when you purchase the flour.

Stone Ground Corn Meal & Grits / Polenta

Stone ground corn meal and grits/polenta made at the windmill are also available for sale. They are made from a locally grown organic, non-GMO, heritage corn. It is delicious and full of flavor! Two pound bags of meal or grits are $8 each.
