CITY OF HOLLAND

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER

Order No.  2023-T-000022               Effective Date   June 13^th, 2023- August 19^th, 2023                   

(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.)

In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the following traffic regulations are issued:

Effective Tuesday June 13^th, 28^th Street between Ottawa and Van Raalte; Harrison Avenue between 27^th & 28^th; and 27^th Street between Harrison and Van Raalte Ave will be closed to all through traffic for road milling and water main work. This work is expected to be completed and the roads re-opened to traffic by Saturday, Aug 19^th, 2023.

These road closures will cause local travel disruptions and motorists will be required to follow the detour.

 *Dates are subject to change based on weather and/or underground conditions

Special Instructions –

The Contractor (Holland Board of Public Works) will setup and maintain all barricades, signs and warning devices as deemed necessary to assure public safety.   Contractor must follow guidelines for road closures or lane closures as set forth in the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices.
