  1. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Community Input Meeting and Public Hearing

    January 25, 2021, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM @ Virtual via Zoom

    The City of Holland has begun planning for the 2021-22 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program year. The City seeks to engage residents, representatives from neighborhood development, human service and faith-based organizations, and other interested persons in order to obtain input and feedback on how the program might best address identified needs and opportunities in the community. Two web-based meetings are planned for this purpose in January. The first on January 25 and the second on January 28. The meetings will consist of a presentation on the CDBG program followed by conversation regarding relevant community needs and opportunities. You are invited to attend one or both of these meetings. Each meeting will conclude with a public hearing, which is a formal opportunity for you to register your comments. An agenda which includes details on how to join this virtual meeting via Zoom is attached below.

    Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Study Meetings are generally held by the Planning Commission on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3 - 5 p.m. The January 26 meeting will run until 5:30 p.m. The agenda will be available approximately a week before the meeting, and will include details on how to join via Zoom.     The Board of Appeals generally meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. for a study session and 6:00 p.m. for the regular meeting.
