City Council regular meetings are held in the Council Chambers on the 1st floor of City Hall at 270 South River Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49423. Study sessions are held on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Meeting agendas are typically available the Friday preceding the regular meeting and study session. Official meeting minutes are available approximately two weeks following a meeting.

The South Shore Village Business Improvement District (BID) Board will be holding their next meeting on June 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Conference Room, City Hall, 270 S River Avenue. The Historic District Commission will be holding a special meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The homeowner at 261 W. 11th Street has requested a Notice to Proceed for demolition of the garage. This meeting will be held on-site at 261 W. 11th Street to discuss the application. There will be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting, or you may email comments to cns@cityofholland.com prior to the meeting.
