The Assessor’s Office is responsible for administering Michigan’s property tax laws within the City of Holland. Each year, we determine the True Cash Value of all taxable properties and assess them at 50% of that value, as required by state law. We prepare the annual Assessment Roll for all non-exempt properties and mail Assessment Notices each February.
