Assessing Office

The City of Holland Assessor’s Office administers the property tax laws of the State of Michigan. We prepare the Assessment Roll for all non-exempt properties in the City. We mail you a Notice of Assessment for your property on an annual basis in February. Every year, we determine the True Cash Value of each taxable property within the City. Every taxable property is assessed at 50% of the True Cash Value.
