Phase 1 of the 16th Street construction project is in place until mid-July. 16th Street is closed to all through traffic between Kollen Park Drive and River Avenue. This will cause travel delays as commuters will have to follow the posted detour on 17th Street or choose another east/west roadway for their travels.
