Guided by the City’s Strategic and Business Plan, Council priorities, and operating policies, the Annual Operating Budget details the Fiscal Year's budget recommendations that begin July 1, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2026. The budget document is organized into several sections, designated by tabs in the printed copy. CIty Council adopted the FY2026 Budget on May 14, 2025.
