During the Fall and Winter, on-street parking is restricted throughout the City to allow us to perform leaf collection and snow plowing efficiently. The restrictions apply from 2:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. on October 15th through May 15th.

Residents can park on-street overnight beginning 2:00 a.m. on May 15th and extend through October 15th. During this time, overnight on-street parking on City streets is permissible. Passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and trucks under two (2) tons can be parked overnight on most City streets through October 15th. Restrictions for overnight parking will continue in downtown and along streets where parking signs prohibit it:
No, only passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and trucks under two (2) tons can be parked on the city streets overnight. Trailers of any type, RV’s or other larger vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the city streets overnight even during this time frame.
Residents of Downtown Holland can apply online or in person for a parking permit. Permits can be purchased at the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Office, 150 West 8th Street. Click here to apply online.
The top-level east end of the 7th Street Parking Deck is available for overnight parking. The Macatawa Area Express (MAX) Depot can issue you a hang tag for your vehicle if you contact them at (616) 355-1010.
