Annual Spring Clean-Up

Holland's Annual Spring Clean-Up for residents runs from March 8 to April 5. Residents may rake yard clippings, shrub trimmings, wind-blown twigs, and small branches no bigger than 3in diameter onto the curb or road shoulders starting March 8. To guarantee pick up, you must have your pile out by the end of the day on April 5th. Pickup by City Street Department Crews will begin the morning of April 6th, 2026. They will make one pass through the city during the week. If your pile has not been picked up, you may continue to add to it; once it has been picked up, City Crews will not return to pick up any additional items. 

Heavy limbs, stumps, large trees, garbage, and refuse in bags will not be removed and must be disposed of by other means.
