Pay for your Business License, Use of City Facilities application, or Tulip Time permit online with a credit card.
Submit your completed application for the license or permit.
You will be emailed an invoice with a license number.
Go to Pay Bill. Click on "License Number" tab. Enter the number. Follow prompts.
