Peak Bloom Week - Sunday, July 24 - Saturday, July 30

Everyone loves to see the tulips at Windmill Island Gardens in May but have you ever visited  in July? You’re invited to check out the Island during Peak Bloom Week to see another spectacular show of color. Our horticulture staff has been busy planting over 5,000 annuals in 80+ varieties throughout 40 beds and 70 containers. In addition, over 300 perennials were added this year alone! Our garden theme this year is Holidays so there will be plenty to celebrate!

Macatawa Water Festival - Saturday, August 13, 9am-1pm

Join us to learn about waterways including our very own Macatawa River. Activities for all ages are provided by the Outdoor Discovery Center and many wonderful partners. Admission to Windmill Island Gardens is free during the festival. Learn more here.
