The City Clerk serves as the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator for the City of Holland. A FOIA Request must be a written request. A FOIA Request form is available. Submit the request to the Clerk's office in any of these ways:

Processing Time
FOIA requests may take up to five business days to process, and an extension of ten (10) additional business days may be needed, depending on information requested.
