Board of Appeals

Overview

The Board of Appeals is the only body empowered to grant variances from code or ordinance requirements. The Board of Appeals consists of four different subsections:

  • Accommodations for Persons with Disabilities
  • Construction Board of Appeals
  • Housing Board of Appeals
  • Zoning Board of Appeals

All applications are due 21 days before the meeting date. View the 2022 Meeting Schedule and 2023 Meeting Schedule. The schedule includes both meeting dates and deadlines. 

There is a $75 - $200 application fee for each property.

  • 4th Thursday of every month (except November and December)
